S0108 CITY OF ERIE - An overnight sidewheel steamer carrying passengers and freight on the Great Lakes. She was built in 1898 at Wyandotte, MI and operated by the C&B Line. (Cleveland & Buffalo) She is shown here at Buffalo, NY. Her walking beam is visable above the deckhouse aft of the smokestack.
